The Hair-Raiser!

Don't miss Nicolo Fonte's glorious choreography set to Carl Orff's classic as it headlines this program from Ballet West, alongside George Balanchine's stunning piece set to Symphony in C by George Bizet.

What Is The Story?

Orff's lustful and triumphant Carmina Burana and its showstopping O Fortuna chorus is one of the most epic and well-known pieces of classical music in the canon; you've heard it punctuate the most breathtaking moments in movies, sports, and more across the years.

Originally derived from a series of Medieval poems, Carmina Burana is an exhilarating live experience that has illuminated concert halls across the world, and with the addition of ballet, it is certainly not one to be missed. Ballet West's performance features 52 dancers in stunning outfits, moving to Nicolo Fonte's choreography backed by the Ballet West Orchestra.
