Aussie alternative metallers Thornhill have a sound that has evolved across their decade-plus career, with metalcore beginnings providing the roots for a sound that would eventually move through progressive metal, nu metal, djent and even Shoegaze influences. Formed of vocalist Jacob Charlton, guitarist Ethan McCann, drummer Ben Maida and bassist/synth player Nick Sjogren, alongside headline runs and three well-received studio albums, the band have shared stages with Sleep Token and fellow countrymen and metal titans Parkway Drive, among many other heavyweights.
